Welcome to GameTable! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GameTable platform, including our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using GameTable, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
Account Creation
To use GameTable, you must create an account. You agree to:

Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you post on GameTable, including game collections, reviews, messages, and profile information ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating the Service.
Content Standards
Your User Content must not:
- Contain hate speech, threats, or harassment
- Include explicit or inappropriate material
- Violate the privacy or rights of others
- Promote illegal activities
- Contain false or misleading information
Content Moderation
We reserve the right to review, remove, or modify any User Content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate. However, we are not obligated to monitor all content posted on our platform.
The GameTable Service, including its design, features, graphics, and code, is owned by GameTable and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without our express permission.
Game data, including titles, descriptions, and images, may be sourced from third-party providers like BoardGameGeek and are subject to their respective terms and licenses.
GameTable integrates with third-party services, including Firebase for authentication and BoardGameGeek for game data. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
Service "As Is"
GameTable is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GameTable and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, revenue, or profits.
User Interactions
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We are not responsible for disputes, conflicts, or harm arising from user interactions, including in-person gaming events organized through our platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GameTable, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
